Physical Health and Wellbeing
NHS Change 4 Life has plenty of fun, physical ideas for children at home to ensure they are staying active, with a focus on indoor games.
Follow the Brighton and Hove Healthy Lifestyles team’s Facebook page for activities for all ages! They are posting online content, a weekly challenge every Wednesday, and have turned the 5 ways to wellbeing into the 5 days to wellbeing, posting something everyday to keep you healthy during this time. Cosmic Kids Yoga has an extensive collection of YouTube yoga exercises for children linked to storytelling.
The Positive Psychology organisation have mindfulness activities suitable for young children which may be of interest.
